Returns & Refund

We are happy to accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Additionally, sale items are not eligible for return. Please refer to the procedure below for returning faulty items.

Return Timeline

We kindly ask that you send your return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend submitting your request via email as soon as possible to ensure the desired item is reserved.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aawdecor.com. All items should be returned promptly, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful completion, we will proceed with either the exchange of items or issue store credit via a voucher code. You will receive confirmation from Everyday Needs once this process is completed.

In the event that an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our resale standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, we will communicate this decision directly with you.

Faulty Items

At Everyday Needs, we carefully inspect all items to ensure they are free from defects prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the item was deemed faulty at the time of delivery.

Upon receipt, all faulty items will be thoroughly inspected. Items showing signs of general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Please ensure that faulty items are returned promptly. Notify us via email so we can reserve a replacement item for you, if available.

If a replacement is in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue refund or store credit for the value of the original purchase. Our goal is to ensure you remain fully satisfied with your experience.


PLEASE NOTE: Once you place a damaged or defective claim we will work to repair or replace your item. If you sign for a damaged and/or defective item OR report any damage and/or defects after 48 hours your claim may be denied. Damage claims will be denied if the item has been used or installed. Pictures of damages/defects and packaging are MANDATORY to place a claim.

Damage/defect claims can take 7-14 business days to process.
